Co-Founder

Ifeoma · Owerri, Nigeria

Tried to solve Nigeria's unemployment problem. Idea started as a Linkedin-for-Nigeria, but that's, unfortunately, just a couch-idea. Through interviews with Nigerian business owners and students-alike, we pivoted all the way to building an entrepreneurial edTech platform selling high-schools a Coursera/Shopify hybrid platform for students to 1. learn entrepreneurship and 2. host their own businesses.

  • Received MOUs from 2 High Schools in Owerri, Nigeria to start testing our product with students.
  • Team had very different goals heading into the summer, so we decided to end the project.
  • It's quite difficult to build a product for a country you've never lived in!

Mar 2025 — Sep 2025

Tech Ethics and Policy Fellow

Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI (HAI) · Stanford, CA

Poured my soul into building a community-building platform that I wanted to call a startup. I got pretty good at using AI to build, but realized I had a lot to learn about taking products to market (and honestly about how the business world works too). Mentored by Josh Nesbit

  • Built Rally, a web platform for organizing spontaneous meetups, with Cursor/Lovable.
  • Site had a map interface, real-time RSVPs, image uploading + posting, auth, supported by a Supabase backend.
  • THE LESSONS: 1. When building, start with your customer and create your product from there, not vice versa. 2. Build faster. No need a perfectionist on MVP #1.
